The London end runs to a tight schedule on this route. Early start, everything packed and sealed before the crew arrives, and a legal loading position rather than a long carry. An hour lost loading in London is an hour of unloading lost at the far end of a four hour drive, and that is the whole constraint.
Unloading in Leeds
Leeds is among the easiest destinations on this list. The city centre and waterside blocks around Granary Wharf, Holbeck and the Calls have lifts, concierges and loading bays, usually needing a slot booked a day or two ahead. The terraced streets in Headingley, Hyde Park and Chapel Allerton have street parking and front doors reachable from the pavement, though the older back-to-backs and through terraces often have a flight of stone steps up from the street. Student housing in Hyde Park and Headingley moves on a fixed calendar and the first week of September is heavily booked. Leeds City Council handles bay suspensions where a street needs one, which is less often than in London.

Two hundred miles, and why a house takes two days
Four hours each way is eight hours of driving. A three bedroom house takes three or four hours to load and as long to unload, and those numbers do not fit inside one day of daylight.
